the counter of Registrar’s Office on any working day from 10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. i.e. Monday
to Friday.
ii. The Prospectus and Application Form can be obtained by sending a crossed bank draft for
Rs.450/- in favour of The Registrar, SHIATS, Payable at Allahabad. to the followind Address.

Last date for submissions of Application form in 07th Feb. 2011. Entrance Test will be held on
12th Feb. 2011 in the University Campus. Admit cards/ Call letter can be downloaded from the
University website.
